BISCUITS
MIEL DE CANNE À SUCRE
One of the most traditional sweets on the island of Madeira. A light, round, dark biscuit with a firm, crunchy texture. The flavour is slightly toasted and intensely flavoured with cane honey and spices.
Ingredients:
wheat flour, yeast, sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fats water, salt, flavors, emulsifiers ( E471, E322), acidifying (E330), preservative (E200) and colors (E150a)], pork fat, eggs, sugarcane honey, spices, lemon and milk.
CONTAINS GLUTEN, SULPHITES AND NUTS.
